ONCE ORDER IS PLACE, UNFORTUNATELY WE CAN NOT CHANGE OR CANCEL IT.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 3pm.
Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
We use USPS, UPS, DHL to deliver our orders.
Please allow up to 2-7 business days (depending on the method of shipping chosen at checkout ) after your order has shipped for delivery of your order. Any questions or concerns should be addressed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Tracking numbers will be given once you order has been shipped. Please make sure to enter correct shipping information for your order. If incorrect information is given and the package is shipped, that is not our responsibility. Please allow upto 24 hours for you tracking number to scanned and entered in the carrier system.
If a package is rejected from being delivered, the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees that incur due to the rejection. In addition, initial shipping fees will not be refunded as the order was shipped. We do not benefit from ANY shipping fees and it is also not our responsibility to take over a charge because of a delivery rejection. We suggest you are 100% sure before you place you order.
Please note these charges do not include any customs, duties, fees that may be charged at the port of entry to your country. All customs, duties and fees will be your responsibility to pay at delivery.
International orders may take from 7-21 business days to reach your country. Once the parcel has reached your country's postal service then any "holds" put on by Customs are beyond our control.
TAXES, DUTIES & CUSTOMS FEE'S
Demure Hijabs ships your package DDU, duties and taxes unpaid, and does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding your country's custom policies please contact your local customs office. ALL INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS are responsible to pay all duties of any relating to their shipment. This is strictly on the country the item is being shipped to we do not have any idea if and how much one will be charged for their order nor do we ever benefit from any custom duty fees
USPS's local country affiliates will charge the recipient all duty, taxes, in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and custom fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. PRIOR to placing an order on our website, we suggest that you contact your shipping carrier in your country to familiarize yourself on customs duty charges and levies that would incur.
Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fee's collected on delivery if any.
Note: Your country may hold or delay your package or any group of packages for several days until they complete any tasks involved with clearing the package for entry into your local city. Check with your local authorities for more information on the purchasing international goods. Our Flat Rage shipping has no weight restrictions.
INTERNATIONAL P.O. BOXES, FOREIGN TERRITORIES
We do not accept orders shipped to PO boxes and Foreign territories.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Returns must be shipped before the end of the 14th day.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it without any sign of wear including any smell of body odor or perfume attached to the item after even just trying it on. It must also be in the original packaging meaning the clear bag the the item comes in.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or you can attach a note inside your package with your order number.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days minus any initial shipping fees
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We do not do Exchanges, you would have to return the item and repurchase it. If the item price was cheaper at the time of purchase, we will honor that price.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
